Each manager holds scheduled monthly meetings (DOC, Operations, Sales, Debtors, Wages, Health and Safety) with their staff to ensure all aspects of their jobs are discussed and any problems are resolved in a constructive and timely fashion.
Monthly management meetings are held for all managers, office staff and On Site Supervisors, the Managing Director and the Operations/Safety Director to discuss and review company policies and direction of Cagney Contract Cleaning.
