Aniko Kicsid is our DOC manager. As DOC Manager Aniko is responsible for maintaining and promoting good customer relationships and ensuring contracts are operating to specification. Aniko is also responsible for the performance of contracts and that they are regularly audited in line with specifications.

The principal duties of the DOC Manager are as follows: 

  • Coordinate and control all DOC division-related activities
  • Application and development of industry best practice to all our contracts
  • Identify areas of improvement in the delivery of the services and processes and implement change as required
  • Ensure scheduled and unscheduled visits are conducted regularly
  • First point of escalation for clients after CSM’s regarding service issues, and to take full responsibility for managing the issues to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Operational project management for all new cleaning contract
