CAGNEY CONTRACT CLEANING SOCIAL EVENTS

We have regular social events with activities ranging from Go-Karting to Bowling. There is also an annual Christmas night out at various locations. These occasions are extremely important to us; they cement a social bond between all the company's staff which can only improve working relations.

AILIN CAGNEY AWARD

Ailin Cagney was one of the founding partners of Cagney Contract Cleaning. Ailin passed away suddenly in October 2004 and is remembered fondly by Pat & Garvan and all those who worked with him. The Ailin Cagney Award was introduced in 2005 to honour his memory. The Prize is a quarterly award and it singles out an employee who has shown significant personal development and has consistently displayed excellent customer service, qualities which were the embodiment of Ailin himself. Everybody within the company is encouraged to nominate an employee they feel is fitting of the reward and this can be done by contacting Patrick Cagney.

CAGNEY CONTRACT CLEANING TRAINING DAYS

We regularly hold Training Days with a dual purpose. Obviously the Training aspect is most important, but we also use these days to unify the staff and encourage pride in the company. Our most recent, on 14th December 2007, was the first held in our new premises and focused on Harness Training and our responsibilities to our Clients.
